Order placement:

Prices shown on our online store are only available via an internet order are subject to change if ordered in any other way.

Orders placed will be processed and, in some cases, dispatched same day depending on stock levels and time of order. Large items that will be delivered by courier.

Once you have placed an order with us you will receive an email confirmation which will include a unique reference. Please use this with any correspondence with us. You will also receive a Mr Plastic Ltd invoice with your order. This can also be used for correspondence with us.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipped email confirmation to let you know your order is on its way to you. 

If your order has not been received within the timeframe mentioned within the shipped email please email sales@mrplasticltd.co.uk. If you wish to send a contact form message regarding your order please include date, name, order number and order total with any questions you may have. 

If, for any reason, you are unable to place an order online and would like to place the order over the phone please forward a copy of your basket to sales@mrplasticltd.co.uk and then call 01362 691291. We are unable to take an order over the phone without a copy of your basket, and your name and delivery address, sent in an email prior to phone order placement.

If you require a bespoke quotation please note our online prices are very competitive, we can only offer this service on orders over £500 or on POA item on our website. We would recommend adding all items to your basket to receive a total for your required order.


We use Royal Mail, My Hermes, large couriers and our own vehicles to deliver our items. We will use the most cost effective delivery method for your order, keeping delivery costs low.

We aim to dispatch all small products within 2 days of order placement and all large products within 5 days of order placement. In any case delivery will be made within 28 days of order placement. 

Please always include a phone number with your order (preferably a mobile) to ensure our fastest service, particularly when ordering large items that need to be delivered via courier.

We offer a discounted delivery for orders within Norfolk. This is because we will deliver these items using our own vehicles, so do not have to pay third-party couriers to carry these items. Local delivery also reduces packaging costs.

For any messages you wish to send us with your order i.e where to leave your order if no one is available, please send these to sales@mrplasticltd.co.uk directly after order placement, please do not use Paypal messaging system as your message could be missed.


We aim to have as many items in stock from the website catalogue as we can, at all times. However, sometimes we may not have all products in stock, at time of order. If some products are out of stock at the time you place an order we will endeavour to get more stock for your order within a reasonable amount of time. We will also send suitable alternate products where applicable, if we are out of stock of items you have purchased. We will not send substituted products that will not work with the rest of your order.

Where a substitute product has been given, we will accept these products back within 7 days of receipt and will reimburse all costs to you, including return delivery, if the product is not suitable. Substituted products must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition you received it in.

We are one of the largest online laminate worktop stockists in the UK. We can dispatch some worktops on the same day as order, and in most cases, your worktop will be with you within 7 days of order placement.

Returns & Refunds:

Returns for unwanted orders placed via our online store must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at sales@mrplasticltd.co.uk to let us know that you are returning your order, and detail the reason. We will accept returns after 14 days, as long as we have had email confirmation of this. In any case, unwanted items must be returned within 28days of order being received. Unwanted products must be returned within the same condition you received them in or no refund will be given. All online orders must be returned to the address given on our website only and not any other Mr Plastic Ltd store.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer in the first instance. We will, however, refund all delivery costs to yourselves if items are reported as damaged within 48hours of receiving. We do ask for you to send photographic detail of any damages and return items at your own cost, which will then be reimbursed to you, once item is received by us. Damaged items must be returned within 7 days of reporting damage. Buyer must organise return delivery, we are unable to assist with return delivery in any case.

Return delivery costs, of any unwanted items, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns of Norfolk orders: Please note we do not except any returns on any orders placed online in any of our 3 Norfolk stores. This is regardless of size of order. All online orders must be returned via a suitable shipping method for example Royal Mail first class recorded post. It is recommended that any returned orders are sent via a trackable service.

Faulty & Damaged goods:

In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item, please report this to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this time Mr Plastic Ltd cannot be held responsible.  We will also require photographic evidence of the damage, in all cases, in order to organise refunds/ replacements etc. Where worktops have been damaged, we will require a minimum of 2 photos, 1 of the entire length of worktop and 1 of the damage specifically. Without these we will not be able to accept liability for any damage. As many of our products are cut before they are fitted, we highly recommend you check them for damages, blemishes etc. before fitting. We will not be able to accept returns/ claims on any products that have been changed after we have delivered them to you.

Products being returned for any reason must be packed appropriately, in order to keep them safe during transit back to us. Any products that incur damages on their way back to us due, to insufficient packaging, will not be refunded in full. Refunds in these cases will be at the discretion of Mr Plastic Ltd. We therefore highly recommend using original packaging, where possible. You are welcome to contact us to ask for advice on the best products to pack your order with. We can also supply many of these items at a cost, if required. Return delivery costs will only be reimbursed with invoice or receipt of costs incurred.

Faulty goods may require a site visit by the manufacturer of the product, before any refund can be given. This will include faulty worktops. We will not be able to refund or exchange any faulty product without either us, or the manufacturer, agreeing the item is faulty.

If you receive your order, and are missing any items, please report this to us within 48hours of receipt in order for us to resolve the issue. After this time replacement products/ refunds will not be available at the cost of Mr Plastic Ltd.


We use PayPal to accept payment via our online store. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from us, and can simply pay via credit or debit card in the usual way. Please follow payment instructions when placing an order.

Order Cancellation:

You have the right, under distance selling regulations, to cancel your order up to 14 days after you have received it. If you wish to cancel your whole order - before it has been dispatched - we have the right to charge a handling fee of up to 20% on certain items. If you wish to change some of your order after you have placed it, unfortunately this is not always possible. In this instance, we recommend calling our sales office on 01362 691291 as soon as possible. If your order has been packed, it is unlikely we will be able to remove items without a handling fee. Please make sure you have all the correct products before making your purchase.

If orders are placed, and you have missed a single item from your order, please contact our sales team on 01362 691291 within 24 hours to add the additional product to your order; saving you the additional delivery charge. If you have multiple items you have missed, or the time frame since you have placed your order has exceeded 24 hours, please place a separate order for any missing goods. These additional items will be treated as separate, so we cannot refund additional delivery costs, or guarantee items will be delivered together.
